To meet the demand of the prospering label printing market, long-term Labelexpo exhibitor POLAR (stand 6C43) will be showcasing highly productive die-cutting solutions at Labelexpo Europe 2019.

POLAR’s label experts will be on hand to discuss solutions for an efficient label production while considering individual requirements. A POLAR high-speed cutter and a die-cutter will be available to demonstrate the functioning of a workflow of small and medium-sized runs.

POLAR LabelSystems can process a broad variety of products, for instance, tax stamps, business cards, can labels, and many more. But not only the handling of paper labels is possible - a counter pressure system even allows the processing of materials such as compressible plastic or metalized foil.

The efficient and accurate LabelSystem SC-25 is shaping the development in the industrial production of square-cut labels, as two strips can be processed simultaneously, making a performance of up to 1.560 bundles per hour possible.

In the sector of die-cut labels, the LabelSystem DC-11plus ideally suited for industrial in-line production, thanks to its high degree of automation. Die-cut labels have their unique geometric form, allowing them to transmit messages to customers as part of a successful marketing strategy.
